A Fantastic Little 5-Minute Mindful Painting Exercise

I love this exercise - it's a fantastic tool to focus the mind!


Start by taking time to connect to your breath and feel your feet secure on the floor. Looking closely at the palm of your hand use a pen or pencil to record every single line you can see within a 5 minute time-period!
